Bonnie was born in the city of Sliven. She started singing from an early age. Has a brilliant career – a series of studio albums – “No comment”, “Adventure”, “Treasure of passion”, “Pearl tears”, “Am I going crazy?” , “Magic” , “Boni the Best”, “Going on” as well and thousands of performances and duets with some of the most cult artists in the industry: “Thank you” with Johnny, “It’s time” with Emir Julovic, “Stay and see” with Shevchet, “Hubavela” with Sefer Osmanov.
Her most listened to songs are “Need Faith”, “Devil and Cross”, “Direction-Happiness”, “My Nap”, “Thunder in Heaven”, “Wedding”. Her songs “Land of Passion”, “Stop Don’t Go”, “Colors of the Rainbow” and “You Don’t Have a Heart”, “Love the Other”, “I Need You”, “Don’t Ask When”, “The Light Woman” and ” Ludnitsa”, “Pak, pak”, “Magia”, “Everything with you” are a total hit to this day. Bonnie has a very rare voice, called a contralto, which has a very rich vocal range, both in the low and high registers.
Besides her music career, Bonnie is known for her film roles. She participated in the sensational Bulgarian series: “Stolen Life: The Retribution” in the role of Svilena, and in “Seven Hours of Difference” in the role of Keti Pavlova. And, the dramatic feature film “Monkeys in Winter” was the Bulgarian nomination for the Oscar film awards, in which Bonnie plays Donna – one of the three main roles. She is the winner of many musical awards: Prize-award from radio “Mila” for the song “Fire and Ice” (2000); “Golden Mustang” debut (2001); the special award of the magazine “New Folk” (2004); awards for her role in Monkeys in Winter (2006); award from “New Folk” for Contribution to the development of pop folk music in Bulgaria (2007); “Planeta” award for Ambassador of Bulgarian music abroad (2009); Honorary award of UNICEF and bTV with the title “Friend of the Children” for her support of their joint mission “A Family for Every Child”.
